Course Titles:
Winter Salad With bacon cubes, walnuts, grapes, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan shavings in a pomegranate vinaigrette.
Homemade Beetroot Soup Refined with coconut milk and horseradish foam.
Salmon Tartare Served with avocado and lime.
Main Course Selection:
Pork Tenderloin: Marinated with herbs, wrapped in bacon, in a porcini mushroom cream sauce, served with a vegetable bouquet and potato gratin.

Lebanese-Style Mixed Grill: Consisting of a chicken skewer, lamb chop, and Kafta (seasoned ground veal), served with hummus, eggplant purée, french fries, and grilled vegetables.
